Exercise Classes

Principal Fitness offers 16 studio classes every week (including Studio Spartans, Fat Burner, Team Fitness, Pilates, Studio Beginners and Step and Tone) as well as 8 Open Gym sessions every week.

Our goal at Principal Fitness is simple; we aim to get you fantastic body transformation results.

With specialities in fat loss and muscle development, we aim to provide you with the most efficient methods of burning fat and developing muscle using enjoyable training methods whilst training with like-minded people. We want to make you look, feel and function better throughout everyday life. By teaming up with Boston Spa School we are proud to be able to utilise the great facilities on your doorstep and we endeavour to be a community fitness hub for the local area.

 

CURRENT CLASS TIMETABLE PRICING

Pay as you go = £10

6 Session Pass: £50 (2 month expiry)

Unlimited Session Pass: £65 per month
